Vlatko Vedral
Vlatko Vedral is Professor of Quantum Information Science at the University of Oxford. He spends a lot of his time thinking about what quantum mechanics actually means and how we can use it to improve our technology. He has written over 400 research papers on these and related topics. When not studying the fundamental nature of reality, he enjoys drawing, wakeboarding and playing his electric guitar. He is the author of several popular books, including "Portals to A New Reality" (Basic Books and Penguin 2025).
